RP Developments is a second generation of builders and being family owned and operated for over 40+ years we have a reputation for innovation and integrity.
The journey began with father Riste Poposki, who was an architect, qualified civil engineer and domestic Managerial builder [DB-M], starting the tradition of designing bespoke family dwellings for customers.
With son Goran Poposki taking a special interest in buildings from early childhood, RP Developments carried on the family craft with Goran taking on studies in architecture and building design from the age of 17.
With Riste retiring, Goran has carried things forward with the reigns in delivering quality builds. Being classified an unlimited licensed builder [DB-U], Goran has maintained the family vision of developing boutique style homes designed with the customers special requirements in mind.
At RP Developments you can expect a great deal of care and attention to all your requirements. We do not work on high volume turnover. We cap our efforts to maximum 15 builds a year. All our team members are qualified tradesmen, most of whom have worked with the family for many years. Our design, planning, building process and follow through are second to none.

A second generation builder, and with a background in the study of Architecture and building design, Goran Poposki brings forth the utmost attention to detail and knowledge to clients builds.
Having always been fascinated by buildings and architecture as a child, Goran’s greatest inspiration was his father, who he always idolised, due to his success in the industry.
Having studied Architecture and design from 2006 – 2009 Goran began work with his father in the family business in building.
Years upon years, and with a combination of both hands on practice and theoretical work; The knowledge piled up with a great number of builds completed.
Goran has a deep love for building quality homes, and has a passion for design and builds as much as a car enthusiast would for cars. This brings about a characteristic drive that is fuelled by the excitement of producing a unique build for customers, through a range of ideas and concepts.
Other than satisfaction for clients, this ultimately has a significant impact on the worth and value of the property, adding to the client's wealth in the short and long term. This has always been a driving principle in the builds carried out by RP Developments over two generations.
Goran possesses an Advanced Diploma in Buiding and construction. As well as a Diploma in Business Management. Also all levels of construction compliance for onsite activites.
Goran is also a fully qualified carpenter, and in addition to all this is an appointed building and construction teacher with various RTO building course institutions.

By lecturing and teaching in organisations like “Builders Registration”, Goran is also passionate about teaching students in obtaining their Building Licenses, by making them more knowledgeable in all aspects of:
